পদের সংখ্যা: অফিসার/ সিনিয়র অফিসার। পদের সংখ্যা: নির্ধারিত নয়। শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা : স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তর পাস করতে হবে। পদ সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে মিনিমাম এক থেকে তিন বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। জেনারেল অ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেশন, ট্রান্সপোর্ট মেইনটেনেন্স, ট্রান্সপোর্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট বিষয়ে ধারণা থাকতে হবে। অটোমোবাইল সংক্রান্ত ব্যবসায় ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

প্রার্থীর বয়সসীমা সর্বচ ২৮ বছর হতে হবে।প্রার্থীর ধরন: নারীও পুরুষ উভয় আবেদন করতে পারবেন। বাংলা ও ইংরেজি ভাষায় সাবলীল হতে হবে। ডায়নামিক, ইনোভেটিভ ও সমস্যা সমাধানে পারদর্শী হতে হবে। যোগাযোগে দক্ষ হতে হবে। কর্মস্থল: চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগের পর ঢাকায় কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।

বেতন: বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে। সুযোগ সুবিধা: কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুসারে টিএ/ বিল, ভ্রমণ ভাতা, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড দুপুরের খাবার, ইনক্রিমেন্ট, বার্ষিক তিনটি উৎসব ভাতা ও বিমার সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে। অন্যন্য আনুসাঙ্গিক সুযোগ সুবিধা দেওয়া হবে।
